In each of these sports, his exceptional performances earned him a spot on the National Deaf Interscholastic Athletic Association (NDIAA) All-American First Team, highlighting his consistent excellence across multiple disciplines.
Notably, Zion garnered national attention for his outstanding skills, earning first-team honors in the football, basketball, wrestling, and baseball leagues. His remarkable skills on the field led to him being named the Keystone State Football League Offensive Player of the Year. Furthermore, he received accolades such as the Frederick News Post December Male Athlete of the Month and inclusion in the Frederick News Post All-County Football First Team Defense, further solidifying his status as an extraordinary athlete.
