Athletic Team Fees

Athletic team fees help cover the costs associated with participating, including team apparel and tournament-related expenses. To support families in planning ahead, fees for each sport are outlined below for the 2025-26 school year. Please note that payment must be received before a student-athlete may participate in practices or games. Additional information about refund eligibility, fee expectations, and the payment link can be found at the bottom of this page. 
Youth
 
>  MetroBall Youth Basketball Association: $125
Middle School
 
Managers: $50 — Note: Managers will receive partial team gear, not the full set provided to athletes. 
>  All Teams: $75
>  Dual Athletes: $150
High School
 
Managers: $50 — Note: Managers will receive partial team gear, not the full set provided to athletes. 
 
FALL SPORTS
 
>  Fall Cheerleading: $125
Cross Country: $100
>  Football: $125
>  Girls Volleyball (JV & Varsity): $125
Dual Athletes: Full payment is required for each sport. Families must select and pay for both sports.
 
WINTER SPORTS
 
>  Boys/Girls Basketball (JV & Varsity): $125
Indoor Track & Field: $25 per meet
>  Winter Cheerleading: $125
>  Wrestling: $125
>  Dual Athletes: Full payment is required for each sport. Families must select and pay for both sports.
 
SPRING SPORTS
 
Softball: $100
>  Track & Field: $100
>  Boys Volleyball: $100
>  Dual Athletes: Full payment is required for each sport. Families must select and pay for both sports.
Additional Information
 
Some sports may require the purchase of specific gear or footwear, which are not included in the athletic team fees. Coaches will provide details on these additional costs. 
 
Travel fees will be additional for teams that travel out-of-state games or tournaments. More information will be provided by the athletic department and coaching staff. Important Payment Information
 
Payment Deadline
All athletic team fees must be paid in full before the start of the season. Student-athletes will not be permitted to participate in practices or games until payment has been received. 
 
Trial Period and Refunds
Student-athletes have two weeks from the start of the season to decide whether to continue participating. If they leave within this two-week period, a refund will be issued. 
 
If a student-athlete chooses to leave after the two-week period, the full team fee is expected.
 
No Guarantee of Playing Time
Payment of the athletic team fee does not guarantee playing time. 
 
Non-Refundable Agreement
By submitting payment, families acknowledge that the athletic team fee is non-refundable after the two-week trial period.

Families may pay via cash, money order, check (payable to MSD Athletic Booster Club, Inc.), or online with a credit card.
